1. General Provisions and Definitions

New members on cd4444 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

To withdraw this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement 15x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met.
• cd4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time, unless otherwise stated.

5.3 VIP Program

cd4444's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 0.5% cashback, and Gold members receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular activity and loyalty.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Before participating on cd4444, you should read the specific rules for each game and event carefully. Once a bet or game has started, cancellation is generally not possible.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a software error, disconnection or other technical issue, cd4444 reserves the right to cancel or suspend that round. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on various sports events including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA) and kabaddi, the specific rules for each market apply. If a match is abandoned or suspended, settlement will be made according to the applicable rules of cd4444.

• Odds in live betting may change at any moment.
• If any evidence of manipulation is found, the relevant bet will be voided.
• It is not possible to place a bet beyond the account balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cd4444 platform:

• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.

• Attempting to access another member's account.

8.2 Closure at User Request
